Since inception in 1995, NAMC So Cal has been a pillar in the community enriching women and minority-owned construction businesses. By providing solid career paths for both women and men, from minority communities in need of stable employment, NAMC So Cal can effectively change the trajectory of their lives and continue to be a catalyst for positive change in the pathway to contracting.

As we wrap our 27th year at the Leadership Gala and head into 2024, we are proud of how far we have come as an organization, while at the same time acknowledging the need to continue bringing awareness to the issues of diversity and inclusion in Southern California. NAMC So Cal inclusive membership includes tradesmen, contractors, and construction professionals who actively own and operate varied companies representing a comprehensive range of specialty trades and general construction.
