Program Details:
Layton’s Trade Partner Equity Program (TPEP) is a resource driven educational training program designed around seven sessions to enhance the opportunities of success, sustainability, and growth with businesses looking for opportunities to grow and develop. (TPEP) strives to educate, empower, and equip trade partners to improve their economic viability for success in today’s market while developing a partnering relationship with Layton.
The seven-month program assists with generating a boundaryless culture that empowers trade partners to have equal opportunity of success in the construction industry. Our internal subject matter experts lead exclusively developed course material delineated to enhance the business acumen of our trade partners leading to heightened success in the market.
