REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – SAN DIEGO TERMINAL 1 PARKING PLAZA (SDT1 PP)

Mandatory Business Enterprise Participation – Local Business Enterprise (LBE) – 85%; Small Business Enterprise (SBE) – 35%; & Service-Disabled/Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB/VOSB) – 6%

Swinerton is seeking subcontractors to bid the San Diego Terminal 1 Parking Plaza (SDT1 PP) scope on The Parking Plaza is a cast-in-place, five (5) level structure, approximately 2,000,000 SF for 5,230 parking stalls. It will be constructed in two (2) stages. Stage 1 construction starts 12/22/2022 and is completed 8/27/2024. Stage 2 construction starts 12/29/2023 and is completed 6/4/2025.

Subcontractors will be required to comply with the project quality and safety requirements and meet or exceed the Business Enterprise requirements. This project is under a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). Prior to awarding, subcontractors will need to meet Swinerton’s standard/internal pre-qualification requirement, which is available to access and submit via Swinerton.com.  Firm’s submissions will be reviewed and considered at the sole discretion of Swinerton.
