SUMMARY:NAMC OREGON | Q4 VIRTUAL TRAINING: CONTRACTS
DESCRIPTION:NAMC University Q4\nTitle:           Contracts\nTrainer:     Attorney Nicole Hetz of Rational Unicorn Legal Services\n \nJoin NAMC Oregon University for their Q4 Training on Contracts.  We will discuss important basic information about contracts\, legal provisions you should include and others you should take into account. What makes your service so unique? Do you have it in writing? \nMost businesses need to use agreements for both liability and as a preventative measure to set forth business process rules and procedures (ie. scheduling\, cancellation\, payment policies). In this seminar\, attorney Nicole Hetz of Rational Unicorn Legal Services will discuss why these agreements are so important\, what they should include\, and why it is important to tailor these to your specific business model rather than using generic online agreements. In specific\, we will discuss particularities of the construction business. \nPresenter: Nicole Hetz\, JD\, brings a diverse legal perspective to the Rational Unicorn team. Originally from Argentina\, Nicole moved to Portland\, Oregon 9 years ago. Nicole holds two law degrees\, one in Spanish (Argentina) and another one in the United States\, which she utilizes to help the Spanish members of the community who feel the legal disparity in this country. She is a Board Member for Oregon Pride in Business Chamber of Commerce in Oregon. As a board member\, Nicole contributes her diverse point of view and provides rational solutions to the board. She dedicates her time to work with community-based businesses and helps them develop a strategy for their growth. Her goal is to empower the queer community to build and feel confident about their businesses. \nThe mission of NAMC University is to empower NAMC-Oregon members by providing a learning platform that enhances business development\, strengthens business acumen\, and expands their knowledge of the ever-evolving construction industry. \n  \nREGISTER HERE 👉 for Q4 Training: Contracts https://tinyurl.com/NAMCUNIVERSITY\n  \nFor more information contact: \nKevin Sabeta \nkevin@namc-oregon.org
