Final project goal values are pending FTA review and approval. \nOpportunities for DBE participation in the TRV project include providing services\, labor\, materials\, and supplies to the prime shipyard and propulsion system integrator contractors. \nThe vessel construction shipyard has yet to be determined\, but those considered the most likely candidates are located in Florida\, Louisiana\, Mississippi\, Oregon\, Pennsylvania\, and Wisconsin.
