The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), the Department of General Services (DGS) and the University System of Maryland (USM) are hosting the 5th Annual Business Opportunities and Entrepreneurial Training Summit on November 4, 2019.  Through this collaborative, full-day event, our goal is to educate and empower Maryland’s small and minority business communities and to provide information about over $3 BILLION in contracting opportunities with MDOT, DGS and USM.

The Summit provides a unique opportunity for business owners to learn about upcoming contracts directly from procurement officers and contract managers.  Prime contractors looking for small, minority, women, and veteran-owned business partners will also be available as well as a full schedule of business training sessions.
