| National Committee Reports
1. Submitted 3 times per year during National’s Feb, June and Sept meetings
2. Basic report outline should include:
a. GOALS – identify targeted outcomes; tie to National’s current Action Items and Strategic Plan. Must be measurable (quantifiable)
b. APPROACH/STRATEGY – What resources will be used to accomplish goals, what partnerships must be engaged, etc
c. ACCOMPLISHMENTS – provide the (quantified) results or status of each targeted goal.
d. CHALLENGES – Define the obstacles faced and offer resolution where possible
3. Additional information, specific to the Committee may be provided through narrative, attachments, etc
